No surprises on the invoice.
You get a fixed number before any work starts, and it does not move unless you ask for something different. Below is how each number is arrived at, including the parts that make it go up.
-
One job in your business, done by software instead of a person. Scoped and priced after the free audit, fixed before anything starts.
Included
- The free 45-minute audit
- A fixed price and a delivery date before you commit
- Built and tested on your real cases
- A one-page map of what it does
- 30 days of repairs after it goes live
- Everything on accounts in your name
What moves the number
- How many systems it has to touch
- Whether those systems have a decent API or need working around
- How much of the process is written down versus in someone's head
- Volume — a hundred messages a day and ten thousand are different builds
-
Two to three weeks of looking at your business properly, ending in a document you can act on with or without us.
Included
- Working sessions with the people who do the work
- A ranked shortlist of what is worth automating
- The "do not bother" list, with reasoning
- A straight read on any tool you have been pitched
- A call to walk through the findings
What moves the number
- How many teams or sites are involved
- Whether you need it written for a board or for yourself
- Whether you want a monthly retainer afterwards
-
Half a day, up to twelve people, built on your team's real work. In person in Lisbon or online anywhere.
Included
- A session built from material you send beforehand
- Prompts and small workflows your team makes and keeps
- A short internal guide on what is and is not safe to share with these tools
- A follow-up call two to three weeks later
What moves the number
- Team size, and how many sessions that needs
- In person versus online
- Whether it is tied to automations we already built for you
The rest of the money questions
Why is there no number on this page?
Because the honest answer depends on what we find in the audit, and a headline price that does not survive the first call is just bait. You get a fixed number in writing before any work starts, and it does not move afterwards.
Is the audit really free?
Yes, and you keep the plan whether or not you hire us. It costs us forty-five minutes and it saves both of us from a project that was never going to work.
What about the running costs?
Separate, small, and paid by you directly to the providers, so you can see them. We estimate them during the audit and tell you if a design choice would make them jump. Nothing runs through an account of ours with a margin on top.
How do you take payment?
Half to start, half when it is live and doing the job. Bank transfer, invoiced from Portugal. Retainers are monthly and you can stop them with a month's notice.
What if we stop working together?
Everything keeps running. It is built on accounts in your name, and you have the configuration and the map of what it does. Any competent developer can pick it up. That is deliberate.

Forty-five minutes on a call and you will have a scope, a date, and a price.
