Automations we build

We build the thing, you stop doing it.

Custom automations wired into the tools you already pay for. Most ship in 5 to 10 business days.

What it costs

This is for you if

  • Someone on your team copies the same information between two apps every week.
  • Messages arrive faster than anyone can answer them, and good leads go cold.
  • You already pay for the tools. Nobody has ever connected them.
  • You have tried an off-the-shelf tool and it did 60% of the job.

What you end up with

Not a report about a plan. These are the things that exist when we are finished.

  • A working automation, live

Running on your accounts, on your data, on the day we agreed. Not a demo, not a pilot you have to approve again.

  • A one-page map of what it does

In plain words: what triggers it, what it touches, where it stops and hands over to a person.

  • A number to watch

One measure that tells you it is working — replies answered, leads reached, hours not spent. Checked before we call it done.

  • The keys

Everything runs on accounts in your name. If you and I never speak again, it keeps running and you can hand it to anyone.

How it runs

  1. Audit

A 45-minute call. We walk through the week, mark what is manual, and pick the one job worth automating first. Free, and you keep the notes either way.

  2. Build

You get a date and a fixed price before anything starts. Then it gets built, tested against real cases from your business, and shown to you working.

  3. Hand over

We turn it on together, watch the first real week, and fix whatever the real week finds. Then you have it.

  4. Keep

Optional. We monitor it, repair it, and change it as the business changes. Month to month, cancel whenever.

Questions we get

How long does it take?

Most automations are live in 5 to 10 business days. Work that spans several systems can run to three weeks. You get the date before you commit, and if it slips you hear it from us first.

What can it connect to?

Anything with an API. In practice that has meant WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Gmail and Google Workspace, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion, Airtable, Shopify, Supabase, and a long tail of things nobody has heard of.

Do I need someone technical on my side?

No. You need to be able to describe the work you want to stop doing, and to give access to the accounts involved. We handle the rest.

What happens when it breaks?

Things break — a provider changes an API, a form gets a new field. Every build comes with 30 days of repairs included. After that it is either your team's or ours, and we say which before we start.

Who owns it?

You do. It runs on your accounts, under your logins, and you get the configuration. There is no platform of ours you have to stay subscribed to.

The other two

  • Advice before you spend

Before you buy the tool or hire the agency: an honest answer about what AI can do for this business, and what it cannot.

    Read about it
  • Training for your team

Half a day with your team, working on their real tasks. They leave with things that work, not a slide deck.

Book the audit. Keep the afternoon.

Forty-five minutes. We find the work that should not still be manual, and send you a plan. It is yours whether or not you hire us.
