Advice before you spend

Find out what is worth building.

An outside read on where AI actually helps your business, and where it would waste your money.

What it costs

This is for you if

  • Three vendors have pitched you AI and you cannot tell which one is real.
  • You have a budget for this year and no idea where to point it.
  • Someone internal wants to build something and you need a second opinion.
  • You suspect the honest answer might be "not yet", and you would rather hear it.

What you end up with

Not a report about a plan. These are the things that exist when we are finished.

  • A ranked shortlist

The jobs in your business worth automating, in order, with a rough cost and a rough saving against each one.

  • The "do not bother" list

Just as useful. What looks like an AI problem and is really a process problem, a staffing problem, or nothing at all.

  • A straight read on the tools you were pitched

What the vendor actually does, what it costs at your volume, and what it will still leave on your plate.

  • A plan you can act on without us

Written so you can take it to your own team, another supplier, or your board. No lock-in, no bait.

How it runs

  1. Look

A working session with you and whoever actually does the work. We follow the jobs, not the org chart.

  2. Test

Where it matters, we try the thing rather than guess. A real prompt on your real data beats a vendor benchmark.

  3. Report

One document, written in plain language, that you can read in fifteen minutes and act on the same week.

  4. Stay, if useful

Some businesses want a hand on the tiller through the year — a call a month, someone to check a contract or a claim. That is available. It is not required.

Questions we get

What if the answer is that we should not do this?

Then that is the answer, and you get it in writing with the reasoning. It has happened. Paying for a "no" you can trust is cheaper than a year of a tool nobody uses.

Do you resell any of the tools you recommend?

No. There are no referral fees, no partner commissions, no reseller margin anywhere in this. If we recommend something, it is because it works.

How long does the review take?

Two to three weeks, depending on how many people we need to sit with. You get the document at the end, and a call to walk through it.

Can you just build what you recommend?

If you want us to, yes — that is the automations work. But the review stands on its own and you are free to take it anywhere.

The other two

  • Automations we build

The job that eats an afternoon every week, done by software instead. WhatsApp, your inbox, your CRM, your spreadsheets.

    Read about it
  • Training for your team

Half a day with your team, working on their real tasks. They leave with things that work, not a slide deck.

    Read about it

Book the audit. Keep the afternoon.

Forty-five minutes. We find the work that should not still be manual, and send you a plan. It is yours whether or not you hire us.
