Training for your team
Teach the team to run it.
Hands-on sessions built on your actual work, so people use this on Monday instead of forgetting it by Friday.
This is for you if
- Your team has ChatGPT open and is getting mediocre results from it.
- One person has figured it out and nobody else has.
- You bought licences for everyone and usage is quietly near zero.
- You want the automations we built to be understood, not just tolerated.
What you end up with
Not a report about a plan. These are the things that exist when we are finished.
-
A session built on your work
We ask for real examples beforehand — your emails, your quotes, your reports — and the session runs on those. Nothing generic.
-
Things that work, saved
Everyone leaves with prompts and small workflows that already did something useful during the session, written down and shared.
-
A short internal guide
What is fine to put into these tools and what is not, in your context. Written so a new hire can read it on day one.
-
A follow-up call
Two to three weeks later, when the real questions have surfaced. Included.
How it runs
-
Ask
A short call and a request for real material. We build the session around what your people actually do all day.
-
Run
Half a day, in person in Lisbon or online, in groups small enough that everyone gets their hands on it.
-
Write it down
What worked goes into a document your team owns, so it survives the people who were in the room.
-
Check back
A follow-up call once it has met reality. This is where the useful questions arrive.
Questions we get
How many people can attend?
Up to twelve in one session. Past that it stops being hands-on and becomes a lecture, which is the thing that does not work.
Do they need any background?
None. If someone can use email and a spreadsheet, they can follow the session. We do not teach coding here.
Can you train us on the automations you built for us?
Yes, and it is usually worth it. A team that understands the workflow will spot the next one worth building.
Is it in English or Portuguese?
Either. Say which when you book.
The other two
-
Automations we build
The job that eats an afternoon every week, done by software instead. WhatsApp, your inbox, your CRM, your spreadsheets.

Advice before you spend
Before you buy the tool or hire the agency: an honest answer about what AI can do for this business, and what it cannot.

Book the audit. Keep the afternoon.
Forty-five minutes. We find the work that should not still be manual, and send you a plan. It is yours whether or not you hire us.
